So, I'm coming into this as someone who likes the early SMT/Persona/Devil Summoner style things, and with no real knowledge of ENA.
I have to admit, I have some concerns about the gameplay, namely that the action buttons feel like they're where the strafe buttons should be, meaning you have to use both hands to navigate on WASD and arrows are a game of jumping around the keyboard to control. Combat is neat, although I really wish there was something in the game to help explain it a bit, and that investigating an enemy didn't take up a turn, since I actually lost the Moon in a round of attacks after investigating some enemies. Would be nice if it was punched up a small amount too, since I did have some trouble following which enemy was attacking who and the healing thing highlighting an enemy felt weird. The one more time system being there is neat, and the combat system is fun.
Honestly, the only reason I'm not giving it like 4 stars is cause the map clears itself after each fight, so since I don't have access to anything else in game, it gets really easy to get lost.
Still, I do like what is there, especially since it got me interested in something I've never really thought too much about before, and also cause I personally know that game development can be really hard.
I hope the full release of it goes great!
